Built a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that gives coding agents cited, budget-limited repository context instead of whole files. Tree-sitter parses Python, Go, and Rust into AST-bounded chunks; a bounded Go worker pool runs parallel parsers and publishes versioned LanceDB vector snapshots. Read-only MCP tools return file paths, line ranges, and stable content IDs. Runs fully on CPU with no API keys.
