Built a job matcher that compares job requirements with a master experience document and recommends only verbatim resume excerpts, each with its source section, chunk ID, and character offsets, so it never invents claims. Uses section-aware chunking, a request-scoped Qdrant vector index, skill-gap review, and a FastAPI review dashboard, with optional Playwright job collection and LLM extraction.
